Add 50 g of powder (3 scoops) to 500 ml to 800 ml of water. Measuring spoon included.

Recommendations for use

Intense exercise: As a performance drink (e.g. 50 g maltodextrin + 15 g PeptoPro or 7 g BCAAs + water) or a recovery drink (e.g. 50 g maltodextrin + 3 g creatine + water).

Endurance exercise (Before): 3 days before the race, take 50 g in 500–800 ml of water.

Endurance exercise (During): Take 50 g in 500–800 ml of water for every hour of running (you can add PeptoPro/BCAA, lemon and salt).

Endurance exercise (After): Take 50 g in 500–800 ml of water as a recovery drink.

Best taken

Before a long session (3 days beforehand), during training, and immediately after training (recovery).
